A group of Hertfordshire county councillors have voted in favour of the authority becoming a partner and shareholder in the largest local government pension pool in the UK.
Local Pensions Partnership Investments (LPPI) is set to swell to £54bn in assets under management after six local authority funds signed a memorandum of understanding with the pool’s existing members.
