Somalia faces a rapidly deteriorating hunger crisis that could escalate into famine without urgent funding, the World Food Programme (WFP) warned Friday. Cindy McCain announced she is stepping down as head of the World Food Programme, citing health issues and calling the work "the honor of a lifetime."
