This is how I used a rhombus to stabilise my single scull so that I could row with my blades off the water and make every other part of my stroke easier. Oh and this only applies if you are sculling, so sweepers, scroll away. There are specific actions you want to take with your blades and with your body to keep your boat as still as possible....
